With over 17 years of expertise in marketing and communications, Sarah Khaled has made her mark across industries like luxury hospitality, food & beverage, spa, and lifestyle brands in the Middle East. Named amongst the Top 50 Marketing Talents in the Middle East by Hotelier Middle East in 2021, 2023, and 2024, her work is celebrated for its creativity, cultural relevance, and results-driven approach. Whether orchestrating high-impact openings and launches, designing award-winning campaigns, or driving market repositioning, she consistently elevates brands to new heights.

Sarah’s career highlights include leading the pre-openings of iconic properties such as Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski, The St. Regis Cairo, and The St. Regis Amman, along with numerous marketing leadership roles at Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah, Shangri-La Al Husn, and Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Oman. Most recently, Sarah took on the role of Regional Director of Marketing, Digital, and Loyalty for Marriott International, before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey to establish Brandit Lab - her ultimate dream.
